The theme of the 2027 Science Forum is A Leap into the Unknown. The programme will be published on 22 October 2026.
The Science Forum is open to everyone interested in science. Researchers from different fields present their work and engage in discussions with the public. The event offers a rich programme of engaging and topical content, including lectures, discussions, seminars, exhibitions, book sales, and planetarium shows. Most of the programme is in Finnish, but there is also content in Swedish and English. Part of the programme will also be available online.
The next Science Forum will take place on 20–24 January 2027 at the University of Helsinki Main Building and Think Corner.
All events are free of charge.
