Disproportionate burden
We consider the accessibility of the Science Forum 2023 video recordings to constitute a disproportionate burden.
To meet accessibility requirements, the nearly 120 hours of video content from the 2023 Science Forum would need to be transcribed and subtitled. We have assessed the cost of this work and determined that it is beyond our current budget.
We do not wish to remove the recordings from online platforms after 14 days, as they continue to be widely used after the event, based on previous years.
We are exploring new funding opportunities to make the recordings accessible.
The 2023 Science Forum video recordings do not include subtitles. The videos are available on the Tiedetv YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/c/Tiedetv/
